These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online ordering service operated by Apotek BaruFarma ("BaruFarma", "we", "us", or "our"), a licensed community pharmacy based in Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in (including via "Sign in with Google"), or placing an order through the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BaruFarma is a licensed pharmacy ("apotek") operating under Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, offering medicines, vitamins, supplements, medical devices, and personal care products for sale both in-store and through this website.

You may create an account using a phone number and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through the Service.
Placing an order through the Service is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or requires pharmacist review). We currently accept payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery / cash on pickup. Orders may be picked up in-store or delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
Because medicines and many health products cannot be resold once they leave our pharmacy for safety and hygiene reasons, orders generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed by our pharmacist, and returns are limited to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; (c) submit false or misleading order or account information; or (d) resell products purchased through the Service without our prior written consent.
Content on the Service (including product descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It does not replace consultation with a licensed physician or pharmacist. Always read product labels and consult a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Service, other than product images and information supplied by manufacturers, are the property of BaruFarma or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, BaruFarma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
