We offer medicines, vitamins, supplements, medical devices, and personal care products both in-store and through this website (barufarma.com) and related order/checkout pages (collectively, the "Service"). • Customer support communication: if you contact our pharmacist team via WhatsApp for a consultation, that conversation is handled directly through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not stored on our servers.
• Automatically collected information: a random, non-identifying shopping-cart cookie used to remember the contents of your cart before checkout, and standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and authenticate your account and let you sign back in;
• To process, fulfill, and communicate with you about your orders;
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google authenticates your identity and shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us so we can create or match your BaruFarma account. We do not receive or request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data beyond this basic profile information. You can review or revoke BaruFarma's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to identify your shopping cart before you check out. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent items from staying in your cart between visits.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited order information with delivery personnel solely to fulfill delivery orders, and we may disclose information if required to do so by law or by a valid request from Indonesian regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
